What this website collects
When you send a demo or pricing request, you give us:
- your name
- your work email
- your phone number
- your company
- the number of companies in your group
- the systems you use
- any note you choose to write
These forms are processed through Zoho Forms. The details may also be stored in Zoho CRM so that we can follow up with you.
Like most websites, our server keeps standard logs, such as the pages requested, the date and time, and the address and browser of the visitor.
We do not use advertising cookies at present. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.
Why we use it
We use the details you send to answer your enquiry and to follow up with you about Finconsol. We do not use them for anything unrelated.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it is needed to answer it and to follow up about Finconsol. If you ask us to delete it, we will.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries, such as Zoho, and only for that purpose.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@aaxonix.com from the email address you used, and we will reply.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
